How and when SMARTTEAM DIGITAL SERVICE LLC delivers its services, and how to cancel.

SMARTTEAM DIGITAL SERVICE LLC provides marketing consulting and agency services. All deliverables are digital (strategy documents, designs, store builds, ad campaigns, reports, and live consultations). We do not sell, ship, or deliver any physical goods, so no shipping charges, carriers, customs duties, or tracking numbers apply to any order.
Services are delivered remotely worldwide. There are no geographic restrictions other than jurisdictions subject to United States sanctions or export controls, which we are unable to serve.
Deliverables are sent to the email address supplied at checkout, or shared through collaborative tools (Google Drive, Shopify, Meta Business Suite, TikTok Seller Center, and similar platforms) with access granted to the client account. Consultations take place by scheduled video or WhatsApp call.
Consultations: delivered at the date and time booked and confirmed by email.
Project work (websites, Shopify stores, brand and campaign builds): work starts within 3 business days of payment being received, and the first delivery is made within the timeline stated in your written proposal — typically 7 to 21 business days depending on scope.
Monthly management and retainers: services begin on the start date agreed in the proposal and run continuously through each billing month, with reporting delivered monthly.
If a delivery date is at risk, we notify you in writing before the due date and agree a revised date with you.
Consultations: you may reschedule or cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the session by email or WhatsApp. Cancellations inside 24 hours may be rescheduled once at our discretion.
Project engagements: you may cancel in writing at any time before delivery is complete. Work already completed at the point of cancellation is invoiced or retained from the amount paid; the balance is refunded under our Refund Policy.
Monthly retainers and recurring plans: cancel in writing at any time. Service continues to the end of the current paid billing month and is not renewed or auto-charged after that date. No cancellation fee applies.
We may cancel an engagement where the requested work is unlawful, breaches a platform's terms, or where the client is unreachable for more than 30 days; in those cases, unused amounts are refunded.
If we fail to deliver a purchased service and no work has begun, you receive a full refund to the original payment method. Refund amounts and timelines are set out in our Refund Policy.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. All prices, invoices, and payments are in US dollars (USD). Your card statement will show SMARTTEAM DIGITAL SERVICE LLC.
