Monday–Friday, 9:00–18:00 (US Mountain Time). We reply to every enquiry within 2 business days.
SERVICE DELIVERY
All services are digital and delivered remotely worldwide by email, shared documents, and scheduled calls. Consultations are delivered on the booked date; project work begins within 3 business days of payment and is delivered on the timeline agreed in your written proposal (typically 7–21 business days). No physical goods are shipped.
CANCELLATION
Consultations can be rescheduled or cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the session. Project engagements and monthly retainers can be cancelled in writing at any time; retainers end at the close of the current billing month and are not auto-renewed after cancellation.
